This policy explains how OCTF LEGACY HOLDINGS CORP. (“OCTF,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through octflegacy.com.
What we collect
If you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and message, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and a property address. We do not collect anything else through the form.
Like most websites, our web host automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. These server logs are used for security and to keep the site running.
This site does not use advertising, tracking cookies, or analytics tools.
How we use it
We use contact form information only to respond to your inquiry and any follow-up conversation you start with us. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet in our company Google account and sent to us by email. Google and our web host, Hostinger, process this information on our behalf as service providers.
What we don’t do
We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We don’t share it with anyone except the service providers named above, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries only as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable business record, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us by contacting us below.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
